Promotion Criteria :
A.) For classes Nursery - III : The students will be assessed and promoted to the
next higher class on the basis of the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).
The details of CCE are provided at the time of Orientation programme.
B.) For classes IV & V
i) Promotion to the next higher class is considered on the review of the whole year’s
performance of the students, as per the weigh'age given below : Monday Tests : 20%
I-Terminal Examination (in Sept.-Oct.) : 40% II-Terminal Examination (in Feb.-March)
: 40%
ii) No academic rank will be awarded by the school upto class V.
iii) A minimum of 40% marks is required to be scored in all the subjects for being
declared pass.
iv) Promotion to the next higher class is granted on review of the overall performance
