(1) All the candidates desirous of seeking admission will be required to register
themselves by submitting the duly filled-in registration form along with registration
fee,before the last dates specified in the advertisement. In complete registration
forms will not be processed.
(2) (a) Admission into class Nursery will be on the basis of lottery.
(b) Admission into classes KG to V will be done on the basis of first-come-first-serve
, subject to availability of seats. (c) Admission into classes VI & above
will be done on the basis of admission test , subject to availability of seats.
(3) Depending on the availability of seats in a class , the list of successful candidates
along with a waiting list is put up on Notice Board of the school after the admission
test.The student along with the parents will have to appear for an interaction on
the date specified (4) Finally the selected students will have to deposit
the requisite fee within the scheduled published , failing which admission will
be cancelled and the waiting list will be updated NOTE: Mere registration does not
guarantee admission (5) Documents required at the time of Admission test
and grant of admission (a) Admission Test : Registration fee receipt( For
all the classes) (b) On Grant of Admission : (i) Attested copy of birth Certificate
issued by Municipal Corporation( Nursery & KG only) (ii) Countersigned T.C of
the previous school( For classes III & above) (iii) Certificate from the employer
in case of JSPL /JPL / NSPL Employees. (For all classes) (iv) Two passport size
colour photographs of the student. ( For all classes) (v) Caste Certificate , if
any( For all classes) (vi) Previous year's Mark-sheet (For classes II and above)
(vii) Requisite fees as per the details published on the notice board must be deposited
within the stipulated time failing which the admission will stand cancelled.
